Sardines with olives
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, lime, marinated sardine fillet (chilled, 100 g) and green olives.

Cut the peel thick from the lime, down to the flesh and then cut the wedges between the skins with a sharp knife.

Cut the wedges of lime into pieces.

Cut the sardine fillets in half lengthwise and scoop the fillets with the pieces of lime and olives.

Sprinkle with pepper to taste.

Serve the sardines in a small dish with some prikkertjes..
