Satay of fish mince and coconut
A delicious indonesian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, red pepper, cod fillet (or tilapia fillet), lemon, pink shrimp, koenjit, salt, freshly ground black pepper, coconut (ground), brown caster sugar and oil.

Let Saté sticks soak in water for about 15 minutes. Preheat the grill.

Cut pepper by half, remove seed strips and cut pepper into pieces. Cut fish into pieces. Lemon rinsing potatoes and yellow zest above kitchen machine graters. Add cod, shrimp, red pepper, koenjit, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, coconut and brown sugar. Mix everything to finely chopped mixture. Mix 4 oval balls of meat mixture and stick them on skewers (1 ball per stick), you can also form smaller balls and do 3 on 1 sticks. Round balls around with oil. Skewers on griddle under grill in approx. 8 minutes around brown and cooked to roast, turn regularly and even cover with oil.
