Sauerkraut stew with pork tenderloin


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (kruimig), wine mulled mullet (organic, 500 g), pork tenderloin (approx. 200 g), butter or margarine, tutti frutti in heavy syrup (425 ml) and milk.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, wash and boil in about 20 minutes.
  2. Cooking sauerkraut according to instructions.
  3. Spread the tenderloin with salt and pepper, thin end of the fillet of hare and secure with a skewer.
  4. Fry in frying pan with butter tenderloin on both sides.
  5. Bake both sides in about 5 to 7 minutes.
