                            Sauerkraut stew with pork tenderloin
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (kruimig), wine mulled mullet (organic, 500 g), pork tenderloin (approx. 200 g), butter or margarine, tutti frutti in heavy syrup (425 ml) and milk.

- 
                                Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, wash and boil in about 20 minutes.

                                Cooking sauerkraut according to instructions.
 - 
                                Spread the tenderloin with salt and pepper, thin end of the fillet of hare and secure with a skewer.
 - 
                                Fry in frying pan with butter tenderloin on both sides.
 - 
                                Bake both sides in about 5 to 7 minutes.
 - 
                                frutti draining and collecting 3 tablespoons of syrup.

                                Remove kernels and cut frutti small.
 - 
                                Remove meat from pan.
 - 
                                mix frutti and syrup with cooking fat and simmer gently.
 - 
                                Heat milk.
 - 
                                Mix potatoes with milk to puree.
 - 
                                Stir in sauerkraut.
 - 
                                Cut the pork tenderloin into slices.
 - 
                                Serving stew with pork tenderloin and frutti-jus..
