Sauerkraut with giant beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onions (in half rings), garlic (finely chopped), sauerkraut (natural (500 g), drained), giant beans ((a 400 g), drained), Zaanse mustard (jar of 335 g), salmon fillet ((750 g, frozen), thawed) and flat parsley ((20 g) finely chopped).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 min. Add the sauerkraut and cook for 10 min on low heat, with the lid on the pan. Add the beans and cook for about 3 minutes until they are warm. Add the mustard and season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, dry the salmon with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon for 6-8 minutes until done. Turn halfway.

Scoop the parsley through the sauerkraut-bean mixture and serve with the salmon.
