Sauerkraut with mustard bacon patties
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon steaks, coarse mustard, breadcrumbs, butter, mashed potatoes (fresh, 550 g), wine sauerkraut (Riesling, 250 g), vortexed apricots (and in strips).
Cover bacon pieces with mustard.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a flat plate and swirl bacon strips through them.
Fry 1 tbsp butter in frying pan and fry bacon on medium heat for 15 minutes on both sides until golden brown and cooked.
In the meantime, prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions in the microwave.
Melt the rest of butter in pan and heat sauerkraut with apricots over low heat.
Sow sauerkraut and mashed potatoes on two plates, put bacon strips on puree..
