Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and scoop out the peel with a spoon. Cut into slices. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Beat the eggs in a deep plate with the milk. Soak the slices of bread one by one here.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the French toast on both sides until golden brown.

Divide the plates and put the avocado and tomato on it. Garnish with the vegetable sprout and drizzle with the cremaceto.
