Ingredients
Directions
-
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and bake the bacon strips in approx. 5 min. Golden brown and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
-
Meanwhile grind the oatmeal with the salt in the food processor. This will take a few minutes.
-
In the meantime, finely chop the chives.
-
In a bowl with a whisk, beat the eggs and oatmeal milk through the oatmeal. Season the fried bacon strips and ⅔ of the chives.
-
Heat 1 tsp of oil in the frying pan over medium heat each time and spoon in a ladle of batter. This way you get 6 pancakes of approx. Ø 15 cm.
-
Bake the pancakes in about 3 minutes brown and done. Turn halfway.
-
Sprinkle with the rest of the chives and serve with the crème fraîche.
