Scalloped cauliflower with shrimps


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mini cauliflower, salt, fresh cream cheese, milk, Dutch shrimps (100 g), freshly ground black pepper, cherry tomatoes and grated Gruyère (cheese).

Directions

  1. Clean cauliflower and cut out and wash thick stalk.
  2. Fry cauliflower in approx.
  3. 10 minutes in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  5. In saucepan, fresh cream cheese with milk gently heating to thick sauce.
  6. Create shrimps.
  7. Season with pepper.
  8. Cherryto wash and cut into quarters.
  9. Drain the cauliflower and place in a baking dish.
  10. Divide the shrimp sauce and cherry top.
  11. Sprinkle cheese over it.
  12. Place the dish about 15 cm under the hot grill and let the cauliflower color in approx.
  13. 3 to 5 minutes.
  14. Serve with fried mini-carts..
