Schnitzel sandwich with cheese


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, vine tomatoes, pesto dressing (Italian a 100 g), pork cutlets (approx. 125 g), salt and pepper, olive oil, pain boulogne (bread), fresh basil (15 g) and slightly topped cheese.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  3. Dressing by creating tomatoes.
  4. Cut the schnitzels flat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan.
  6. Cut cutlets in brown and rosé for approx.
  7. 6 minutes, halfway through.
  8. Place cutlets on 4 slices of bread.
  9. Spread the basil on cutlets.
  10. Place a slice of cheese on each schnitzel.
  11. Cover with the rest of bread.
  12. Place sandwiches under grill for about 1 minute until cheese begins to melt.
  13. Serve immediately with tomato salad..
