Scrambled eggs, chorizo and broad beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broad beans (300 g, frozen), chorizo ((sausage, 250 g), diced), garlic (chopped), dried thyme, eggs, whipped cream (125 ml) and bread (boule beurre) ).

Boil the beans for about 10 minutes in water without salt. Rinse under cold running water. Remove the light green membranes from the beans (double caps).

Bake the chorizo for 6 minutes on low heat. Add the garlic and the thyme after 3 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the eggs with the whipped cream. Add and let the egg coagulate with a ladle for about 2 minutes to a smooth mass. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread into thick slices and spread over 4 plates. Scoop the scrambled egg on it. Sprinkle with the beans.
