Seafood with cucumber
A tasty recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber (crops), fruits demer (seafood, chillies, 150 g), oil, garlic (squeezed) and lemon juice.
Cut the cucumber into 12 thick slices and hollow out a little in the middle with a sharp teaspoon or a melon ball spoon.
Sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper to taste.
Dab the seafood with kitchen paper dry.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the seafood with the garlic.
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Divide the fried fruits de mer over the hollowed out pieces of cucumber.
This dish can be served hot or cold..
