Shell macaroni with broccoli and goat cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: broccoli, shell paste, garlic (squeezed), red pepper (chopped), olive oil, tomatoes (in slices) and Dutch goat cheese (grated).

Divide the broccoli into small florets, peel the skins and cut into slices.

Cook in 7 minutes with plenty of boiling water and salt broccoli.

Broccoli with skimmer in sieve and drain.

Prepare pasta in boiling water from broccoli according to instructions for cooking.

Fry garlic and red pepper in 4 tbsp oil in non-stick frying pan with non-stick coating.

Add broccoli and fry.

Slightly press finely with spoonful of broccoli.

Drain pasta, create a broccoli mixture and heat it up briefly.

Spread tomato slices over four plates, sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

Create pasta next to it and sprinkle generously with cheese..
