Shoarma salad with steam vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shoarma meat, steam vegetables (broccoli / red onion / paprika), shoarma breads, rucola salad (75 g), (spray) tomatoes (in parts) and salad dressing garlic.

Directions

  1. Heat a dry frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the shoarma meat over medium heat in 8 minutes until tender and brown.
  2. Change the meat regularly.
  3. Steam the vegetables in the pack (with steam foil) in the microwave for 5-6 minutes at full power (800 watts) cooked.
  4. Allow the steam vegetables to remain in the package for 1 minute.
  5. Heat the shawarma rolls in the toaster and cut them into points.
  6. Shake the steam vegetables and spread them over the four plates with the arugula.
  7. Divide the shawarma meat over the four plates and garnish with the tomato and salad dressing.
  8. Serve with the warm shawarma sandwiches..
