                                Squeeze out the lemon. Stir the marinade in a flat dish of the soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Chop the onion very finely and mix through the marinade.
 - 
                                Roll the pork chops through the marinade and let the flavors move for 30 minutes. Turn regularly or scoop the marinade over the top of the pork chops.
 - 
                                Preheat the oven grill or heat the grill pan. Take the pork chops from the marinade and grill in 8 min. Per side brown and cooked.
