Shoulder chopped in sweet soy marinade with onion and lemon juice.

Directions

  1. Squeeze out the lemon. Stir the marinade in a flat dish of the soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Chop the onion very finely and mix through the marinade.
  2. Roll the pork chops through the marinade and let the flavors move for 30 minutes. Turn regularly or scoop the marinade over the top of the pork chops.
  3. Preheat the oven grill or heat the grill pan. Take the pork chops from the marinade and grill in 8 min. Per side brown and cooked.
