Sicilian orange shrimp salad


A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, little gem, red pepper, parsley, juicy oranges, extra virgin olive oil, cocktail shrimp (125 g), crayfish (100 g), salt, freshly ground pepper and white wine vinegar.

Directions

  1. Halve half slices, wash and cut off the skins.
  2. Allow the leaves to drain well on a folded kitchen towel.
  3. Pepper, clean and cut into thin strips.
  4. Parsley finely cut.
  5. Peel oranges thickly to flesh.
  6. Above bowl with sharp knife cut out orange wedges between membranes, hereby collect juice.
  7. 2 Mix the tablespoons of oil and pepper strips with the juices collected.
  8. Mix cocktail shrimp and crayfish.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Stir the rest of oil and vinegar into a dressing.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Divide half of the lettuce leaves over four plates.
  13. Pull the leaves slightly apart.
  14. Place orange on it and sprinkle with dressing.
  15. Divide shrimp salad with sauce over it.
  16. Sprinkle parsley over it..
