A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: flour (sieved (1 tbsp to sprinkle counter)), cold butter (diced), brown caster sugar, speculaas spice, princess glaze (baking product, 125 g), pastry glaze (white (baking product, 125 g) )), chocoglaze (baking product and 100 g).
- 300 g flour sieved (1 tbsp to dust the counter)

- 150 g Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons speculaas spices
- 1 bag princess glaze baking product, 125 g
- 1 bag cake glaze white (baking product, 125 g)
- 1 bag chocoglaze baking product, 100 g
Knead with cool hands or in the food processor (you can simply use the knife in the food processor) the flour, the butter, the caster sugar, the gingerbread spices, 2 tablespoons of water and a teaspoon of salt to form a cohesive dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Sprinkle the counter with some flour and roll it with a rolling pin out of the dough into a slice of about an inch thick. Use the cookie molds to cut out dollies from the dough. Now cut out pieten hats for the pieten, for the sinterklazen minks and habits (dresses). Stick them on the biscuit males with some warm water. Place the biscuit males on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and fry until golden brown in 10-15 minutes.
Make the glaze soft according to the instructions on the package. Decorate the gingerbread cookies with the colored glaze and turn them into real carob and peck speculoos.
