Sis köfte with yoghurt sauce


This Sis köfte is a tasty combination with a tomato salad or grilled tomatoes and grilled Turkish peppers.

Directions

  1. Peel and shred the shallots. Squeeze the parsley over a bowl.
  2. Mix the mince with the shallots, cumin, cinnamon, paprika and parsley. Add the nutmeg, pepper and salt, if you like.
  3. Form the mixture finger-long sausages and baste 2 on the skewers. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Peel the garlic and press out of the bowl.
  4. Squeeze out the fresh mint above it. Season with salt and pepper and let the sauce soak for 10 minutes.
  5. Cover the grid with aluminum foil and pierce with a skewer.
  6. Roast the skewers on the aluminum foil on the barbecue in 10 to 15 minutes around brown and cooked. Put the rolls in pieces on the barbecue.
  7. Serve the bread and yogurt sauce.
