Skewers with yoghurt sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hammocks (diced), onions (in parts), red peppers (in pieces), olive oil, potatoes (slightly crumbly, cleaned), zucchini (in half slices), garlic (pressed) and Greek yogurt (0% (150 g)).

Thread the meat, the onion and bell pepper over and over to the satay sticks. Brush with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Prick the potatoes around with a fork and puff them in the microwave at 700 watts in 12 min. Until done, turn halfway. Wrap them in a clean tea towel and leave them to cook for 2 minutes outside the microwave.

In the meantime, heat the grill pan and roast the shashliks for 8-10 minutes until done. Times regularly. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and stir fry the zucchini 3 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the rest of the oil with the garlic in the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the skewers, potatoes and zucchini into 4 plates. Serve with the yoghurt sauce.
