A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, four grain bread sourdough bread (pack 8 pieces), cress, radishes, dairy spread (with horseradish (a 150 g)), Coburger raw ham and freshly ground black pepper.

Directions

  1. Cut the bread diagonally in half and roast golden brown in the grill pan, under the oven grill or in the toaster.
  2. Cut garden cress, cut radish into slices.
  3. Cover cooled toast with dairy spread and distribute most of cress over it.
  4. Cut bread into triangles.
  5. Ham loosely on the slices, with slices of radish in between.
  6. Pepper above it and garnish with a tuft of cress..
