Spaghetti all'arrabbiata
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: spaghetti (pack 500 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), romes ((tomatoes 250 g), halved), chilli (mill 26 g), Pecorino Romano (cheese) (grated) and extra virgin olive oil vierge.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and to taste chilli and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Scoop the pasta through the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
