                                Slice the onion very finely. Peel the winter carrot and cut into thin slices. Cut the celery into small pieces.

                                Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the onion, winter carrot and celery for 5 minutes.
 - 
                                Add the minced meat and fry in about 4 minutes. Add the stock and stir well.
 - 
                                Add the tomato cubes and tomato paste to the sauce and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Let the sauce simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally.
 - 
                                Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Divide the spaghetti over plates and spoon the sauce over it.
