Spaghetti bolognese with minced meat, carrot and celery.

Directions

  1. Slice the onion very finely. Peel the winter carrot and cut into thin slices. Cut the celery into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the onion, winter carrot and celery for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced meat and fry in about 4 minutes. Add the stock and stir well.
  4. Add the tomato cubes and tomato paste to the sauce and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally.
  6. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Divide the spaghetti over plates and spoon the sauce over it.
