Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the onions. Remove the skin from the sausages. Fry the sausage meat with the onion, pepper and salt for 5 minutes on medium heat in a skillet without oil or butter.

Push the meat with a wooden ladle into smaller pieces.

Add the kale and cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes.

Add the cooking cream, bouillon tablet and water and simmer over medium heat for 4 minutes.

Drain the spaghetti, mix with the tomatoes through the sauce in the pan and serve.
