Spaghetti with prawns and artichokes
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, peeled, raw tiger prawns (500 g, frozen), spaghetti, artichoke hearts (400 g), extra virgin olive oil, onions (finely chopped), dried Italian culinary herbs, garlic, dry white wine, green olives without pit (halved) and freshly ground black pepper.

Thaw shrimps according to instructions on packaging.

Boil in plenty of boiling water with salted spaghetti in 8-10 minutes.

Cutting artichoke hearts into quarters.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and gently fry onion with herbs for 2-3 min.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Shrimp through onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Add wine and reduce for 2 minutes.

Stir in artichokes and olives and heat for 2-3 more minutes.

Season with salt.

Drain the spaghetti and stir in 2 tbsp oil and black pepper.

Spread in four warm deep plates and spread prawn artichoke sauce over it..
