A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, garlic, zucchini, black olives without seeds, tuna in oil, anchovy fillets (48 g), salmon (à 213 g), olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), capers, (freshly ground) pepper and Parmesan cheese (piece).

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to instructions.
  2. Garlic peel and chop.
  3. Zucchini wash, clean and cut into cubes.
  4. Cut the olives into slices.
  5. 3 Leaving types of fish.
  6. Cut anchovies into pieces.
  7. (Anchovies may first be rinsed with water to reduce salty taste).
  8. Heat the oil and season the garlic for about 1 minute.
  9. Add the zucchini cubes and bake for about 2 minutes.
  10. Add tomato cubes and olives and gently simmer for about 4 minutes.
  11. Last minute fish and capers co-heat.
  12. Season with pepper.
  13. Mix spaghetti and sauce.
  14. Spread over four plates and garnish with flinters of Parmesan cheese.
  15. Serve with a fresh salad..
