Spaghettini with mussels
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, spaghettini (pasta, 500 g pack), broccoli (in florets and the stem in slices), red pepper (seed strips removed), olive oil, garlic (chopped), dry white wine, flat parsley ((20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Rinse the mussels in plenty of cold water. Remove the mussels that are damaged or open. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Cook the broccoli in 6 minutes until al dente.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the pepper and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the mussels. Add the wine and fry the mussels while stirring for 5-8 minutes on a high heat. Remove the mussels that are not open.

Mix the pasta with the parsley and some pepper through the mussels. Divide over 4 deep plates and serve with the broccoli.
