Spaghettini with tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: vine tomatoes, black olives (without piping (240 g), drained), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), capers (jar 100 g), spaghettini (bag 500 g), basil ((15 g)) and only the leaves).

Cut the tomatoes crosswise at the bottom. Immerse them for 20 sec. in boiling water. Allow to cool and peel off the sheet. Cut into parts.

Halve the olives. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 3 minutes. Allow to cool. Add the tomatoes, olives and capers. Leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Mix with the tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Put the basil through and serve immediately.
