Quick salad of beans with red onion, chorizo sausage, garlic, saffron, Spanish giant beans and parsley.

Cut the out. Slice the garlic. Cut the chorizo into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. After 3 minutes, add the chorizo to the onion, together with the garlic and saffron. Fry for 2 minutes on low heat.

Add the beans to the chorizo and warm up in about 5 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, chop the parsley. Sprinkle the dish with the parsley. Serve hot or cold.
