Spanish crostini
A tasty Spanish recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken liver, olive oil, shallots (halved), crostini (see tip), chorizo and sage.

Halve the chicken livers, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix them in a bowl with the oil and the shallots. Heat a frying pan without fat and roast the chicken legs with shallots on a soft heat for about 10 minutes until tender and golden brown. Change them regularly.

Drip the shortening from the pan over the crostini. Place a slice of chorizo on each crostini. Put half a shallot, half chicken liver and a leaf of sage on a skewer and put them each in a crostini.
