Spanish fish platter with chorizo
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, brown rice (pack 400 g), chorizo sausage ((a 250 g), diced), red pepper (in strips), yellow pepper (in strips), peeled tomatoes (a 400 g), black olives (without pit (240 g)), coalfish fillet ((frozen) and thawed and in 8 pieces).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, fry the chorizo on a low heat until golden brown. Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add the peeled tomatoes and the olives. Squeeze the tomatoes with a spatula piece and bring it to the boil.

Turn down the heat and place the fish in the tomato sauce. Stew 4 minutes with the lid on the pan. Remove the lid from the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Divide the fish over 4 deep plates. Boil the sauce for another 2 minutes so that it thickens and season with salt and pepper. Divide over the fish and serve with the rice.
