Spanish gnocchi with sausages
Catalan sausages with gnocchi, fennel, broad beans, tomatoes and mint.

Heat 2 pans with in each 1 tbsp oil. Divide the sausages over the pans and fry them for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add the gnocchi and spice melange and bake brown and cooked in 12 min. Season with pepper.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the fennel, halve and remove the core. Cut into strips.

Fry the fennel in the oil for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the broad beans and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and finely chop the fresh mint. Turn off the heat and scoop the tomatoes and fresh mint through the fennel bean mixture.

Divide the sausages, gnocchi and the vegetable mixture over the plates.
