Spelled salad with zucchini, peppadew and dill

Boil the spelled according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the zucchini into ½ cm slanting slices. Use 2 tbsp oil to cover the courgettes.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the zucchini in portions in 4 minutes until nice grill stripes appear. Turn halfway.

Slice the leaves of basil and dill finely. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the basil, dill, lemon zest, ½ tbsp lemon juice and 5 tbsp oil into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the peppadews coarsely. Grate the cheese. Drain the spelled and put in a bowl.

Mix in zucchini, peppadew, herb dressing and cheese. Sprinkle with the nut-fruit mix.
