Spiced lamb strips with figs
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, red onion, garlic, oregano, lamb shanks à la minute (about 300 g), spicy paprika powder, salt, freshly ground black pepper, dried figs, olive oil and medium dry sherry.

Slice onion and garlic and finely chop. Sprinkle and finely chop oregano leaves from twigs. Cut lamb into strips. Scrape together lamb strips, paprika, salt, pepper, onion, garlic and oregano. Place in a refrigerator until use (at least 1 hour). Cut figs into slices and put them in a bowl. Give Sherry over.

(per person) Heat a little olive oil in a gourmet pan. 2 Spoons of the lamb mixture and 1 tablespoon of figs bake until the meat is just tender. Optionally add salt and pepper to taste.
