Spicy bacon patties with red cabbage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sambal oelek, soy sauce, bacon patties, rice, oil, red cabbage with apple (frozen, part cubes, 450 g) and fried onions (pot a 100 g).
Mix 2 tablespoons of sambal with the soy sauce and rub the bacon steaks with it.
Marinate them for at least 30 minutes.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the bacon strips over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy.
Heat 10 minutes before the rice is done 2 tablespoons of oil in a stirring stir fry the red cabbage cubes for about 10 minutes until soft and warm.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of sambal through it.
Add salt to taste.
Serve the spicy cabbage with the rice and the bacon patties, sprinkle the dish with the fried onions..
