Spicy beefburger with koriandermayo

Cut the onion into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 15 minutes on low heat. Change regularly.

In the meantime, heat the grill pan and grill the jalapeño burgers for about 15 minutes. Times regularly.

Halve the burgerbreadjes and grill the cutting edges in and around the burgers in 1 min. Golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut the stalk of the jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin rings.

Grate the green skin of half of the lime and squeeze out the whole fruit. Place the jalapeño pepper in the lime juice.

Slice the coriander and mix with the mayonnaise and the lime zest.

Spread the cutting edges of the rolls with the cilantro mayonnaise.

Spread the lettuce, burger, onion and pepper rings over the bottom half of the buns. Cover with the top of the buns.
