Spicy capuchin chorizo dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper (seed strips removed), olive oil, chorizo sausage ((250 g), diced), red onion (in half rings), ground cumin, drogesherry, cherry tomatoes (250 g), young capuchins (( 800 g), drained), fresh parsley ((a 30 g), without stalks and finely chopped).

Cut the red pepper into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo cubes in 5 minutes.

Add the onion, strips of red pepper and cumin and cook for 2 minutes.

Extinguish with the sherry and then add the cherry tomatoes and the capuchins.

Let the capuchin dish covered in 10 min.

Well warm.

Divide over 4 plates and sprinkle with the parsley.
