Spicy chicken with bok choy and noodles
Shanghai pak choi is deliciously crunchy. Wok 'm with spicy chicken, fresh ginger, noodles, bean sprouts, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Meanwhile cut the chicken fillet into strips of 1 cm. Peel and grate the ginger.

Wash the salad onion and cut into thin rings. Wash the pak choi, remove the leaves and cut into strips of 1/2 cm.

When the water boils, add the noodles, cook in 5 minutes until al dente and pour.

In the meantime, heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken noodle strips, ginger and sambal for 5 min.

If necessary, season with salt.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in the stir-fry stir-fry, stir-fry the salad onion and paksoi for 1 minute on a high heat.

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and fry for 1 min.

Spoon the bean sprouts through the salad onion and pak choi and season to taste with pepper and salt.

Divide the noodles over deep plates, divide the vegetables and chicken over them.
