Spicy fish with rice and fresh salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), red peppers (in strips), Yellowfin Sole Fillet (bag 750 g, frozen), boemboe (red curry (100 g)), oil, vinegar (white nature), cucumber (in strips) and rocket (75 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice together with half of the paprika according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Rub the fish fillets with 1 tbsp curry.
  3. Heat in a frying pan 1 st oil and fry the fish fillets on both sides 3-4 min.
  4. Or until tender.
  5. Beat a dressing of 1 tbsp red curry, the vinegar and 3 tbsp oil.
  6. Mix the second pepper, cucumber and rocket salad with the dressing.
  7. Take the fish fillets out of the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
  8. Drain the rice with paprika.
  9. Pour another 1 tbsp oil into the fish pan, add the rest of the Bumbu spice and stir fry the rice for 3 minutes.
  10. Serve the spicy fish with salad and rice..
