Spicy mint-shallot mixture
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fresh mint ((15 g), only the leaves, finely chopped), red pepper (seeds and seeds removed and chopped), shallots (finely chopped), sugar and white wine vinegar.
