Spicy pork satay and coleslaw
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hamlaps (diced), sambal bathrobe (bottle 225 g, Go-Tan), sweet soy sauce, peanut oil, fine noodles (pack 500 g), sliced cabbage (300 g), corn (( 300 g), drained), salad dressing chives (270 ml bottle) and peanut butter (with bits of nut).
- 350 g hampen in cubes
- 2 el sambal Badjak bottle of 225 g,
- 5 el ketjapmarinademanis
- 1 el peanut oil
- 300 g fine mie pack 500 g
- 1 bag cut pointed cabbage 300 g
- 1 tin can maize (300 g), drained
- 3 el salad dressing chives bottle of 270 ml
- 4 el peanut butter with pieces of nut
In a bowl, mix the meat with 1 tbsp sambal, 2 tbsp. Of japarinadiene the oil. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Mix the coals with the corn, the dressing and pepper.
Thread the meat on the satéprikkers. Heat the grill pan. Grill the saté in 6 min. Around brown and done. In the meantime, heat the peanut butter with the rest of the sambal and the ketjapmarinadeen 200 ml water. Stir in a smooth peanut sauce. Add extra sambal as desired.
Put the noodles with the satay in 4 bowls. Spoon the satay sauce over it. Serve with the salad.
