Spicy sauce from the mortar
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red peppers, red peppers, tomatoes, garlic (chopped) and oil.

Preheat the grill.

Halve peppers and remove seed lists.

Place peppers, peppers and tomatoes on baking sheet and leave to roast under grill for approx.

10 minutes.

Allow the vegetables to cool in sealed plastic bags.

Rub garlic with 1 tbsp salt into mortar.

Grind tomatoes and peppers and cut vegetables into pieces.

Spread peppers and peppers in a mortar (with garlic paste) to paste.

Create pasta in a large scale.

Mix tomatoes with a fork with pasta (or crush with mortar pestle) to create a flowing sauce.

Stir in oil through sauce.

Transfer to bowl, season with salt.

Serve as a side dish, for example with grilled meat..
