A delicious indonesian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sugar, (cider) vinegar, cucumber (peeled) and red onion (in half rings).
Heat gently in pan vinegar and add 1 t of sugar and 1 tl of salt to it while stirring.
Cucumber in thin slices.
Pour hot vinegar over cucumber in a bowl.
Allow to cool and then allow to cool in refrigerator.
For serving, create onion rings through sweet and sour cucumber..
