Spicy thai fish cakes
A nice thai recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet, spring onions, red pepper, fresh currant (15 g), red Thai curry paste (pot), salt and pepper, lime and oil.

Cut salmon into pieces. Clean the spring onion and cut into strips in length. Clean red pepper, remove seed strips and cut into strips in length. Slices of pepper and spring onion to cut into small cubes. Grind the coriander over the mixing bowl of the food processor. Add salmon, spring onions, red pepper and curry and puree until quite coarse mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cut lime in 12 parts. Heat oil in frying pan and bake golden brown fry in 2 to 3 minutes. Halfway through. Drain cookies on kitchen paper. Serve warm with lime wedges.
