Spicy turkey curry
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, celeriac, cucumber, red pepper, sunflower oil, turkey strips (approx. 250 g), Chinese egg, red Thai curry paste (pot of 225 g) and coconut milk (400 ml).

Cut celeriac into slices.

Peel the slices and cut into cubes.

Clean cucumber and cut into cubes.

Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Bake turkey strips for about 2 minutes.

Add all vegetables and bake for approx.
-
4 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare according to instructions.

Mix curry paste with turkey mixture and fry approx.
-
2 minutes.
-
Add coconut milk and simmer uncovered for approx.
-
10 minutes.

Serve curry with noodles..
