Spinach couscous with lamb sausages


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, olive oil, lamb sausages (270 g), onions (in rings), spinach (a 300 g) and garlic (pressed).

Directions

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 8 min. Brown and done.
  2. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a skillet. Fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the spinach in parts. Scoop until all spinach has shrunk. Add the garlic and cook for another 1 min.
  3. Stir the couscous with a fork and add to the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the couscous over 4 plates and place the sausages next to it.
