Spinach curry with cheese and naan bread
Indian curry with spinach, tomato, onion, cheese, curry and naan bread.

Directions

Cut the onion into slices and the tomatoes into cubes.

Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion.

Add the tomatoes, garlic and the curry powder and stir-fry for 1 min.

Spoon the spinach and let it thaw while stirring. Scoop the drained cheese cubes through and warm them.

Halve the flatbread and roast them in a toaster. Cut open and serve with the spinach curry.
