Spinach with creamy kormasaus and red onion
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, red onion (in thin rings), garlic (chopped), spinach (fresh (300 g)), korma sauce (a 400 ml) and garnish almonds (dish 95 g).

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the onion for 1 minute, add the garlic and fry briefly.

Add half of the spinach and let it shrink.

Add the other half of the spinach and the kormasauce.

Cook gently for 10 minutes without the lid on the pan.

Meanwhile, toast the almonds in a pan with non-stick coating in 4 minutes, shoveling around brown, making sure they are not too dark.

Sprinkle the almonds over the spinach and serve as a side dish.

Tasty with grilled chicken fillet and rice..
