                            Spinach with ginger and garlic
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ginger root, garlic, oil, ready-to-cook spinach, soy sauce and sugar.

                                Ginger peel and finely chop.
 - 
                                Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.
 - 
                                Heat in wok oil.
 - 
                                Slices of garlic in a light brown and crispy tin for about 15 seconds.
 - 
                                Remove from the pan with a skimmer.
 - 
                                Gently stir the ginger in the same oil for about 20 seconds.
 - 
                                Add spinach in parts and let it sink for about 3 minutes on high heat.
 - 
                                Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
 - 
                                Sprinkle the garlic..
