Spinach with ginger and garlic


A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ginger root, garlic, oil, ready-to-cook spinach, soy sauce and sugar.

Directions

  1. Ginger peel and finely chop.
  2. Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.
  3. Heat in wok oil.
  4. Slices of garlic in a light brown and crispy tin for about 15 seconds.
  5. Remove from the pan with a skimmer.
  6. Gently stir the ginger in the same oil for about 20 seconds.
  7. Add spinach in parts and let it sink for about 3 minutes on high heat.
  8. Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
  9. Sprinkle the garlic..
