Spring salad with sirloin steak
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, entrecotes (à la minute) (a ca. 100 g), arugula (lettuce, 30 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), vine tomatoes, herb dressing (chilled, a 100 g container), butter or margarine, red pesto (100 g) and baguette.

Take the receipts from the packaging and place them on a piece of kitchen paper.

Roughly cut rocket.

Spread lamb's lettuce and arugula on four plates.

Wash tomatoes, cut into cubes and distribute them over plates.

Season the salad with dressing.

Fry butter in frying pan and fry medium in approx.

2 to 4 minutes per side.

Take the prawnotes out of the pan and put them on a salad.

Prepare 1 tablespoon of pesto on each sirloin steak.

Serving baguette and rest of pesto..
