Spring stew with ham and mustard
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, carrots, shoulder ham (a ca. 130 g), fresh chives (a 25 g), Dijon mustard (pot 215 g), liquid honey, semi-skimmed milk, garden peas (frozen, 300 g) and spring onions.
