Steak with balsamic honey sauce
Steak with a sauce of balsamic vinegar and honey, with haricots verts, garden peas and potato wedges.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges in 13 min. Until golden brown and done.

Remove the stalk of the haricots verts and cook in 4 min. Add the garden peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain the vegetables.

Meanwhile, sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in 5 minutes medium. Turn halfway.

Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes under aluminum foil. Meanwhile, finely chop the shallot.

Fry the shallot for 1 min. In the remaining shortening. Add the balsamic vinegar and honey and bring to the boil, but then turn off the heat immediately.

Divide the vegetables over the plates. Place a steak on each plate. Spoon the balsamic honey sauce over it and serve with the potato wedges.
